Myofascial Release w/ Jessica Smith

Myofascial release techniques can be very helpful with range of motion, injuries, scar tissue, tension, and muscle recovery and function. In addition, this work can encourage hydration on tissues, enhance circulation, break up adhesions, manage inflammation, and restore structure of the fascia. During class you will learn how to use self myofascial release techniques using props such as blocks, balls, and rollers (all provided), as well as what to avoid and the goal of this important type of work.
